The original disk image was damaged on
multiple sectors, as noted in the log.
(T00,S0A is expected to be unreadable,
but the rest are not.) The sectors on
tracks $1C and $19 are unused. The one
on track 4 is part of a standard file,
"FPBASIC", which I restored from an
identical file on another disk. The
damaged sectors on tracks 1 and 2 are
part of DOS, which I also restored from
another disk. Amazingly, all game code
and data was undamaged.

Quod erat liberandum.
